Terms and Conditions of Booking.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the booking and attendance of the conference organised by Revenue by Design ("Organiser"). By completing the conference booking form and making a payment, you ("Attendee") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Registration and Payment:

    a. Attendee shall complete the conference booking form accurately and provide all required information.

    b. Payment for the conference registration fee must be made in full at the time of booking. c. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse registration or attendance at its discretion.

  2. Cancellation and Refunds:

    a. Cancellations made by the Attendee must be submitted in writing to the Organiser at the following email address: enquiries@revenuebydesign.co.uk.

    b. Refunds will be provided according to the following schedule:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the conference start date: 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the conference start date: no refund.

    • Substitutions of Attendees may be allowed at the Organizer's discretion.

      The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the Attendee.

  4. Conference Content:

    a. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the conference program, schedule, speakers, and sessions without prior notice.

    b. The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of specific speakers or sessions.

    c. The Attendee acknowledges that any content presented or shared during the conference is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.

  5. Attendee Conduct:

    a. Attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner during the conference.

    b. Attendees shall not engage in any illegal or inappropriate activities that may disrupt the conference or harm others.

    c. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the conference without refund if their conduct violates this Agreement.

  6. Photography and Recording:

    a. Attendees acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may take place during the conference.

    b. Attendees grant the Organizer the right to use their likeness, voice, and recorded content in promotional materials without compensation.

  7. Limitation of Liability:

    a. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused to Attendees or their property during the conference.

    b. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by Attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs.

  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

By submitting the conference booking form and making a payment, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

Access to Myglobalrevenueform.com

By submitting the conference booking form, the Attendee gives the organiser the right to add the Attendee to the Conference WebApp, myglobalrevenueforum.com to facilitate access to the conference agenda and networking with other delegates and sponsors for the year 2024

In the case of hotel bookings, hotel Attendees have access to the conference content for one year post the conference production.

In the case of supplier bookings access to myglobalrevenueforum.com will be for the date of the conference only
